Automation

Business automation software for approvals and the gaps between tools

Business automation software replaces the email that is your real workflow: a request, an approval, a handoff, and a status. AI can classify or draft inside that flow. The flow itself is visible software with an owner.

  • Request and approval
  • Handoffs
  • System steps
  • Exception queue

See the process before you automate it

Automating a bad handoff makes the bad handoff faster. We write the states and the exceptions first, including who is allowed to override. Then we connect the systems so people stop retyping the same facts.

Where AI helps inside the flow

Triage, document reading, and draft replies are covered on the AI automation page. They plug into this workflow at a queue. They do not replace the status model.

The approval that is stuck in email

Taken out of the inbox

  • One request type
  • The approver and the deadline
  • The record of who said yes

Still a person

  • Every company form
  • A silent payment
  • A bot that approves what it does not understand

What changes an automation

01

The request

Leave, purchase, and a document review are different flows. Start with the one that hurts.

02

The exception

The interesting case is the one that does not match. Give it a queue.

03

The system it touches

Writing into finance or HR is a separate, explicit step.

What an automation brief needs

  1. 01

    The inbox

The approval that is stuck in email today.

  2. 02

    One request

Leave, purchase, or a document review.

  3. 03

    The approver

    Who, and the deadline.

  4. 04

    The write

Whether it may touch finance or HR. Separate, and explicit.

Marks the automation writes the real record

  1. 01

    The trigger is an event

It starts when something happens in a system people already use.

  2. 02

    Failure is visible

A step that stops is listed with the record it was handling.

  3. 03

    Someone can stop it

A person can pause the flow without a deploy.

  4. 04

    It writes through

The result lands in the system of record, not in a side spreadsheet.

What we build

Request and approval

A form, a limit, and a decision that is stored.

Handoffs

The next team receives the full context, not a forwarded thread.

System steps

A record created in the CRM, ERP, or inbox you already run.

Exception queue

The cases a rule or a model should not finish alone.

Questions we hear

Is this the same as an ERP?

An ERP owns operational records such as stock and purchasing. Automation can sit across tools, including an ERP. Use both pages if you are unsure which record is the centre.

Can you automate WhatsApp follow-up?

Reminders and structured replies, yes, on a business account you own, within the channel rules. Unsupervised sales claims are out of scope.

Do you sell RPA licences?

No. We build workflows and integrations. Screen scraping is a last resort and is called out as something you will have to maintain.
