CRM
CRM development around the way your team actually sells
A CRM should show the next action on a customer, not a generic funnel you stop updating. We build CRM systems for teams whose sales motion, commissions, or property and project records do not fit a default pipeline.
- Lead and pipeline
- Activity history
- Branch and team rules
- Handoff to operations

What we put in the product
Leads, accounts, activities, ownership, and the fields your managers already ask for in the Monday meeting. Duplicate detection, import from the current sheet, and permissions between branches matter more than another dashboard skin.
CRM versus a packaged tool
Buy a known CRM when the pipeline is ordinary and the integrations exist. Build when the record is special: a property, a shipment, a jewellery piece, a student, or a claim. The CRM solution page describes the product shape. This page is about how we deliver it.
A CRM people will update
Required to save a lead
- The fields a manager will review
- An owner and a next step
- An import and a duplicate check you can trust
After the record is alive
- Scoring models with no history yet
- A dozen pipelines for teams that share one motion
- Automation on top of empty records
What changes a CRM
What you sell
A property, a shipment, and a student are different records. The pipeline has to match the thing.
Who may see it
Branch and team visibility is a rule, not a filter someone remembers to apply.
The handoff
A won deal should open the booking, file, or project. Otherwise the CRM stays a side notebook.
What a CRM session starts from
- 01
The thing you sell
Property, shipment, student, or project. The record follows that.
- 02
The fields that matter
What a manager actually reviews, not every column in the sheet.
- 03
Who may see a book
Branch, team, or the whole company.
- 04
Won means
What should open when a deal is real.
Marks a CRM is being kept
- 01
A lead saves
The fields required to save a lead are the ones a manager will review.
- 02
Duplicates are caught
The same customer is not three records after a normal week.
- 03
Visibility is a rule
A branch or team sees its book because of a permission, not a filter someone remembers.
- 04
A win opens work
A won deal creates the booking, file, or project. It does not sit as a stage name.
What we build
Lead and pipeline
Stages you can define, with required data before a deal moves, so the report is not fiction.
Activity history
Calls, visits, WhatsApp context, and notes attached to the customer rather than to a person’s phone.
Branch and team rules
Who sees which book of business, including managers who cover more than one location.
Handoff to operations
A won deal that creates the booking, the file, or the project without retyping.
How an engagement runs
- 01
Sit with one sales cycle
Follow a real lead from first contact to invoice, including the exceptions.
- 02
Migrate a sample
Import a messy extract early and see what the data will not support.
- 03
Put it in daily use
One team uses it for real work before you roll it to every branch.

Questions we hear
Can you connect WhatsApp?
Yes, where the business API and your policies allow it. Messages should land on the customer record, with a person still accountable for the conversation.
Do you implement Salesforce or HubSpot instead?
We can integrate with them. A from-scratch CRM is for processes those products fight. We will not rebuild a commodity pipeline for its own sake.
Is there a real-estate version?
The real estate industry page and the property management solution describe listings, owners, and leads. A sales CRM for brokers is a frequent starting point.
