Logistics
Software for logistics operators and freight teams
Logistics software has to follow a job from booking to proof of delivery, including the exception when the consignee is not there. We build dispatch, tracking, and the customer view on top of the record your coordinators trust.
- Job and milestone tracking
- Dispatch tools
- Proof of delivery
- Customer portal

The job is the centre
A shipment, its legs, the documents, and the charges. Customer portals should read that record rather than a status somebody typed into a separate site. When you also run vehicles, fleet management is a related system, not a duplicate of the same job.
Warehouses and forwarders
A warehouse needs locations and scan events. A forwarder needs documents and milestones. If you are both, we still start with the path that generates the complaints, because that is where a first release pays for itself.
The job, from dispatch to proof
On the first route
- The job and who it is assigned to
- A status the customer may see
- Proof of delivery the office can find
After the route is real
- A national network optimiser
- Every carrier API
- A warehouse rebuild in the same week
What changes logistics software
The stop
A delivery, a pickup, and a return are different jobs. The screen should say so.
The device
A driver phone with poor signal is the design. A desktop demo is not.
The customer
Tracking should match the status staff can see, or the calls will not stop.
What a logistics brief needs
- 01
The job
Delivery, pickup, or return.
- 02
The device
The phone the driver already carries, and the signal.
- 03
The proof
Photo, signature, or a code. Which one the office trusts.
- 04
The customer
The status they may see, matching the office board.
Marks a shipment has one status
- 01
Status is current
Collected, in yard, out for delivery, or delivered is a single state.
- 02
A scan updates it
The scan writes the same record the desk is watching.
- 03
An exception has an owner
A failed delivery or a hold is assigned, not only flagged.
- 04
Proof is attached
Delivery evidence sits on the shipment.
What we build
Job and milestone tracking
A status the customer and the coordinator both see, with a history of changes.
Dispatch tools
Assignment of work to a driver or partner, including the message they receive.
Proof of delivery
Photo, signature, or exception, attached to the job while the driver still remembers it.
Customer portal
Bookings and documents for the accounts that should not have to call for every update.

Questions we hear
Can drivers use a phone offline?
Yes, when the route includes dead zones. Offline is a specific design: a queue of events, not a vague promise. See mobile app development.
Do you integrate carriers?
Where a carrier provides a stable API or EDI feed, yes. Each carrier is scoped. “All carriers” is not a milestone.
Is fleet management included?
It is a related solution. Use it when vehicles, maintenance, and utilisation are the problem, not only the shipment status.
