Chatbots
AI chatbot development for websites, WhatsApp, and service desks
We build chatbots for businesses that already know the conversations they want to handle: questions about services, order status, booking requests, and lead capture. The bot answers from approved sources and hands the person to a human with the transcript attached.

Channels, without a separate thin product for each
The same core can sit on a website widget, WhatsApp, or an internal desk, but the channel changes the rules. A website bot can show links and forms. WhatsApp is where many UAE customers already write, and it needs template discipline and a business account you own. A service-desk bot sees internal tickets and must respect agent permissions. We start with one channel and one job.
- Website chat for visitors who are already on a page
- WhatsApp for customers who will not install another app
- Customer-service bots that resolve a defined set of intents and escalate the rest
- Sales and lead bots that qualify and book a call, without inventing prices
- Booking bots that check real availability rather than promising a slot
- Commerce bots that track an order or start a return through your systems
- Enterprise bots for staff, which are usually assistants over internal knowledge
What keeps a chatbot from becoming a liability
A bounded intent list, answers tied to pages or records you control, a clear “talk to a person” path, and no authority to change a booking, a price, or an account unless that action is a tested tool. We log conversations so you can see what the bot promised. Languages are tested, not assumed, when you serve Arabic and English.
A bot that knows when to stop
The bot handles
- Hours, status, and questions you have written
- A lead or ticket with the transcript
- A handover to a named queue
A person handles
- Complaints and billing disputes
- Anything that changes a booking or a price
- Channels you do not staff
What changes a chatbot
The channel
A website widget, WhatsApp, and a desk console do not share a tone or a length.
The knowledge
If the answers live in three people’s heads, the bot project starts with writing them down.
The handoff
The useful bot is the one a colleague can take over without asking the customer to repeat.
What a chatbot brief needs
- 01
The channel
Site, WhatsApp, or the desk console.
- 02
The answers
The topics you have already written down.
- 03
The stop list
Complaints, billing, and anything that changes a booking.
- 04
The queue
The people who will take the handover.
Marks a chatbot knows its edge
- 01
It hands over
A question outside the script reaches a person, with the thread attached.
- 02
Policy stays sourced
It does not invent a price, a refund, or a rule that is not in the content.
- 03
The transcript lands
The conversation is on the customer record, not only in the bot vendor.
- 04
A queue owns it
Handover arrives somewhere a named team watches.
What we build
Intent and content design
The questions you will answer, the ones you will refuse, and the tone of both.
Channel delivery
Web widget or WhatsApp first, with the account and the phone number in your name.
System actions
Lead creation, order lookup, or appointment requests through APIs, not through scraped screens.
Handover
A person receives the transcript, the detected intent, and the customer identity if you have it.
How an engagement runs
- 01
Read a month of real questions
Inbox, WhatsApp export, or call notes. The bot is designed from those, not from a generic script.
- 02
Launch a narrow bot
A handful of intents, a visible escape hatch, and a daily review in the first weeks.
- 03
Add actions carefully
Lookups before changes. Changes only with confirmation and a log.

Questions we hear
How much does an AI chatbot cost in the UAE?
A tightly scoped web or WhatsApp bot is a different project from an enterprise assistant with CRM writes. The chatbot cost guide explains the bands we use for planning. It is not a quotation.
Can it speak Arabic?
Yes, if we include Arabic examples in testing and you have Arabic source content. A bot that only translates English policies at runtime will sound fluent and still be wrong.
Will it replace our contact centre?
It should remove repeated questions and collect a clean handover. It should not be the only way to reach you. We design the escalation so a frustrated customer is not looped.
