What we look for
You can take a fuzzy request and turn it into a smaller release. You can explain a trade-off to someone who does not share your vocabulary. You treat tests, access control, and handover as part of the job. You are comfortable saying that a date and a scope do not both fit.
How to introduce yourself
Email info@raabsoftwares.com with what you have shipped, the stack you want to be accountable for, and where you are based. A short note is better than a generic letter. We read them. If there is no open need, we will say so rather than keep a vague process running.

Questions we hear
Do you sponsor visas?
Only when a specific role requires it and the company can lawfully do so at that time. We will not promise sponsorship in a general careers page.
Is remote work possible?
Some collaboration is remote. Client workshops in the UAE are part of the work when the users are there. The mix depends on the person and the project, and it is agreed explicitly.
Why are there no open roles listed?
Because listing fictional openings is the same kind of invention as a fake case study. When a role is real, it will be described as real.
