Automotive

Software for dealers, workshops, and automotive groups

Dealerships and workshops split the customer between sales and service, then lose them between the two. We build the lead record, the job card, and the booking path so a vehicle and a customer have one history.

  • Sales lead CRM
  • Workshop jobs
  • Service booking
  • Parts inventory

Showroom and workshop

A sales CRM and a workshop diary answer different questions and should share the customer and the vehicle. Parts stock is a third record. The first release picks the leak that costs you repeat business, which is often the service booking and the status the customer cannot see.

Groups with several franchises

Brand rules and branch permissions matter. A group view should not let one franchise edit another’s pipeline. We model the group explicitly.

The lead and the workshop job

Connected first

  • The enquiry and the test drive or booking
  • The job card and the parts it needs
  • The status the customer was promised

Separate if needed

  • A dealer management replacement
  • A bot that quotes a repair it cannot see
  • Every brand portal at once

What changes automotive software

01

Showroom or workshop

Selling a car and servicing one share a customer and little else.

02

Parts

A job without a parts status becomes a phone call.

03

The brand system

Name the portal you must feed. We do not imply we replace the manufacturer.

What an automotive brief should split

  1. 01

    Showroom or workshop

Selling and servicing are different first releases.

  2. 02

    The job card

How a booking becomes work and parts.

  3. 03

    The promise

The status the customer was told.

  4. 04

    The brand system

The portal you must feed, if any.

Marks a vehicle has a job card

  1. 01

    One card

The visit, the work, and the parts sit on that vehicle.

  2. 02

    Parts are reserved

A part promised to a job is not sold again from the counter.

  3. 03

    History stays

The next visit can see what was done last time.

  4. 04

    The bay is a status

Waiting, in progress, and ready are visible to the workshop and the desk.

What we build

Sales lead CRM

Enquiries, test drives, and ownership of the next action.

Workshop jobs

A job card, parts, and a status the service advisor can share.

Service booking

Real bay or advisor availability, including a web or WhatsApp request.

Parts inventory

What is on the shelf versus what a job has reserved.

Questions we hear

Can you connect to a DMS?

When the dealer management system exposes an interface your vendor allows, yes. Replacing a manufacturer-mandated DMS is often not allowed, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Do you build fleet tools as well?

Fleet management is its own solution, aimed at operators of vehicles rather than dealers. Read it if you run the vehicles yourself.

Can a bot book a service?

Yes, against availability and for the services you list. It should not quote a repair cost it cannot know.
